J. E. (JEFF) SCOTT, P. ENG.
MANAGING DIRECTOR - PROCESS & TECHNOLOGY responsible for all process engineering, technical development, work performed, and the facilities installed or modified by Millenia Resource Consulting.
Jeff also manages the administration of Millenia Resource Consulting.
EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES INCLUDE:
Jeff has over twenty-nine (29) years process and project engineering, process design and supervisory experience in an EPC and consulting environment. Project emphasis and experience includes design of gas treating processes, sulfur plants, natural gas and LPG dehydration and sweetening, ethane and LPG recovery processes, NGL fractionation, heavy and conventional oil production, enhanced oil recovery projects miscible floods, WAG, W AG/CO2, CO2, nitrogen, waterfloods, and membrane permeation processes. Research and development experience includes membrane permeation process and pilot plant design and operation. Developed two patents
(DIL$AVE and DDSP) with respect to heavy oil production facilities. Jeff has refinery and downstream processing experience, including crude fractionation, asphalt production, desulphurization and fuel production; plant operation, plant commissioning and start-up experience to compliment his process work. Jeff holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary and is registered as a Professional Engineer in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia.
JOHN B. HOMER, P. ENG., P.E.
PROJECT MANAGER responsible for proposals, planning, implementation, and execution of projects at Millenia Resource Consulting.
EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES INCLUDE:
John has thirty (30) years of engineering experience with progressively responsible positions in the EPC, Owner and Consulting environments.
Areas of expertise include heavy oil, steam injection, conventional oil, sour and sweet gas plants, sulfur plants, power projects and offshore installations. Duties include mechanical engineering, equipment specifications and selection, field engineering, project engineering, project management, and proposal development. John also has stress analysis experience gained while working on both large and small scale projects domestically and internationally.
John has a B.A. Sc. Mechanical Engineering, University of Toronto, and a M.Sc. Technological Economics, University of Stirling, Scotland.
John is a Professional Engineer registered in Alberta and the States of Utah and California.
GRAHAM MacPHERSON, P. ENG.
PROJECT MANAGER responsible for proposals, planning, implementation and execution of projects. Construction responsibilities include field engineering coordination, quality control, audit or implementation, and construction management coordination.
EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES INCLUDE:
Graham has twenty-one (21) years project and field engineering experience in an EPC, consulting and construction environment. Field experience includes tunnel construction, gas plant construction and mining. Project engineering experience includes oil batteries, condensate/butane pipelines and pump stations, heavy oil plant and gathering systems, CO2 injection and recovery facilities and gas plants. Special emphasis includes project management, detail design coordination, contract preparation and administration. Field engineering experience includes planning, organizing and controlling various construction activities, including turnover packages, material take-offs, drawing control, welding QC and construction trouble shooting. Production engineering experience with heavy oil down hole pump performance and produced solids.
Field technician experience in heavy oil field operations. Graham has gained field experience from many different activities including oilfield maintenance, field operations, production engineering and field engineering with both a construction company and an EPCM firm.
Graham has B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering, University of Alberta and a Diploma in Hydrocarbon Engineering Technology, NAIT.
Graham is a Professional Engineer registered in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
TRAVIS H. WOLFE, P. ENG.
MANAGER - INSTRUMENTATION/ELECTRICAL/CONTROL SYSTEMS responsible for all control systems (including PLC, DCS, SCADA, hardware) and instrument/electrical related activities at Millenia Resource Consulting.
EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES INCLUDE:
Travis has eighteen (18) years of process control and field engineering experience in an EPCM, client, and consulting environments. Field engineering experience includes engineering, construction, commissioning/start up, operation and maintenance of an 1100 tpd Ammonia plant in the U.S.A. in addition to maintenance experiences at a sour gas/sulphur plant in Alberta.
Consulting experience includes both domestic and foreign oil and gas gathering systems, heavy oil facilities, sour and sweet gas plants and chemical plants, including LPG recovery, storage and shipment. Emphasis on development of control systems utilizing SCADA, PLC/RTU's, HMI consoles or DCS systems.
Extensive commissioning and start-up field experience over a wide range of facilities. Travis holds a B.Sc. Chemical Engineering, Lakehead University, and diplomas in Chemical Engineering Technology from Lakehead University and Industrial Instrumentation Technology from SAlT.
Travis is a Professional Engineer registered in Alberta.
ROBERT (BOB) GASPER, P. ENG.
PROJECT MANAGER responsible for proposals, planning, implementation and execution of projects. Construction responsibilities include field engineering and construction management coordination, as well as quality control.
EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES INCLUDE:
Twenty-seven (27) years of production, facilities and project engineering experience in Owner and EPCM environments. Field experience includes production and facilities engineering in primary heavy oil and EOR operations. Areas of expertise include conventional and heavy oil facilities, oilfield produced solids handling, sour gas plants, field compressor facilities, pipelines, fugitive emissions control, steam injection, LPG facilities and firewater facilities. Duties include production and facilities engineering, mechanical engineering, project engineering and project management. Special emphasis includes close interaction with client operations personnel, detail design coordination, project management, contract preparation and administration.
Bob holds a B.A. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan. Bob is a Professional Engineer registered in Alberta, Manitoba and Northwest Territories. Mr. Gasper is also a three time Olympian.
