A variety of acid gas injection and EOR (enhanced oil recovery) projects have been completed. These include full EPCM on both CO2 and Acid Gas injection compressor systems from 300 HP to 3000 HP (engine or electric driven). Full wellsite and pipeline design including pigging, line heating, etc and complete with SCADA data collection and control. Projects included all EUB regulatory requirements.
EPCM for a number of oil treating facilities including both 2 and 3-phase separation with sales compression and tank farm systems with VRU compression and high pressure water injection capabilities. Full commissionning and startup have typically been the norm. Site designs have both been main grid power or generator supply.
MRC over the past number of years has completed a number of SAGD in-plant projects utilizing continuous Millenia on-site engineering support and home office disciplines. Plant production increased as result of project on time completions and fiscal responsibility. In addition, PAD projects were successfully completed and typically revolved around downhole pump and system design.
Provided the design and procurement of 900HP NGL system, 200HP crude booster pump and 2000HP mainline transmission pumps. Conducted engineering for NEB Section 52 pipeline license application. MRC has also done a F.E.E.D. for approximately 350 km of pipelines including gathering/transmission system, with total estimated value of $120MM.
As part of Battery expansions and de-bottlenecking, MRC has successfully designed and started up high pressure networks of water injection systems. Vast experience in both engine and electric driven multistage centrifugal horizontal pumps.
Millenia has years of gas plant experience both sour and sweet. Brownfield or grassroots, we have successfully completed a number of gas plant projects included inlet separation and compression, Amine sweetening and regeneration, Propane refrigeration system, Deethanizer, NGL Off-loading, metering and storage facilities, Acid Gas incineration and Flare systems. Typically these included Full Automation with PLC and HMI programming all implemented during commissioning and start-up.
EPCM, commission and start-up assistance to implement sour gas field modifications and additions to existing facilities. Included inlet separators, compressors, and line heater packages, field piping modifications, gas blanketing systems, and water injection pumps. Included were full hydraulic evaluations, equipment sizing and PLC & HMI modifications.
The E,I&C group has successfully completed a number of discipline oriented jobs. Electrical: Utilizing ETAP, MRC has completed ARC Flash studies and FE Studies as well as typical cost effective electrical solutions. Instrumentation: Latest in technology utilization and sizing, that best addresses process conditions, safety and cost. Controls: PLC, HMI, Scada and DCS based architecture complete with startup and ongoing onsite or remote support.
Plant optimization and de-bottleneck projects have made up a large part of our business in past years. MRC staff has extensive onsite expertise as operations/engineering/maintenance staff and use this experience to interact with operations personnel to identify solutions to increase operability.
To determine the client's product cost viability, Process Studies range from hydraulic sizing of pipelines to full Turbo-Expander plant simulations for recovery of liquid products. Plant material balances and PFD development utilizing Hysis for simulation is typically done. Our process department is well versed in plant operations and deal extremely well with site personnel.
